Agreement to Terms

Welcome to MyTurf Bellevue Artificial Grass. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before you book an installation or consultation with us.

These terms apply to all services we provide, including residential artificial grass installation, commercial turf projects, pet turf systems, putting greens, playground turf, sports turf, turf removal and replacement, and paver installation.

Services We Provide

We offer professional artificial grass installation and related services in Bellevue, NE and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• Site consultation and measurement
• Ground preparation and base installation
• Artificial grass installation
• Drainage system setup
• Infill application and finishing
• Old turf removal and disposal

Each project is unique, and we tailor our services to meet your specific needs. We will provide you with a written estimate before starting any work.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are based on our initial site assessment. The final price may change if we discover conditions that were not visible during the estimate, such as poor soil drainage, buried utilities, or unexpected ground preparation needs.

If the scope of work changes, we will notify you immediately and provide an updated quote before proceeding. You have the right to approve or decline any additional work.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit before starting your project. The deposit amount will be specified in your written estimate. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation.

We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. If payment is not received within 30 days of project completion, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship. Your artificial grass installation comes with a workmanship warranty that covers installation-related issues for one year from the date of completion.

The artificial grass products we install come with manufacturer warranties that vary by product. We will provide you with warranty information for the specific turf you choose.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, extreme weather events, pet damage beyond normal wear, or alterations made by anyone other than our team.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus any materials already ordered for your specific project.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring we have clear access to the installation area. This includes:

• Removing personal items, furniture, and decorations from the work area
• Ensuring pets are secured away from the work site
• Providing access to water and electricity if needed
• Identifying and marking any underground utilities or irrigation systems

If we cannot access the site or complete work due to conditions you are responsible for, additional charges may apply for return visits.

Liability

We carry full liability insurance for your protection. While we take every precaution to protect your property during installation, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features that were not properly marked or disclosed to us.

You are responsible for ensuring all underground utilities are marked by the appropriate utility companies before we begin work.

Weather and Delays

Installation schedules may be affected by weather conditions. We will make every effort to complete your project on time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions that make installation unsafe or impractical.

If weather causes a delay, we will reschedule your installation as soon as conditions permit.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
